There are 6 species of wild deer in the UK red deer, roe deer, fallow deer, sika deer, muntjac deer & Chinese water deer. We have venison from wild red, farmed red, wild roe deer, wild fallow.
On our training courses you can study deer management, deer management qualification level 1 (DMQ 1) & Deer Management qualification Level 2 (DMQ2) as well as DMQ Level 2 preparation courses, skinning & butchering courses, home loading courses, all aspects of wild game can be learnt. Another very popular product is wild boar.
